Notice from Cumberland Lodge, 1819 September 27

Notice, dated September 27, 1819, from Simeon Parsons, the Secretary of Cumberland Lodge, announcing that Joseph Foxcraft and Josiah Dunn will serve as the lodge's delegates to a statewide convention. The convention, held on October 14, 1819, was for the eventual formation for the Grand Lodge of Maine, in anticipation of attaining statehood in 1820.
