Signed by Paul Revere in his capacity as Secretary of the Lodge of St. Andrew. Summons also includes the name of Moses Deshon, Master of the Lodge of St. Andrew in 1767 and 1768.

At bottom of summons: "Engrav'd, Printed, & Sold by Paul Revere. Boston"
