Pages 1, 14-15 are signed by all six founding officers of the Supreme Council: Daniel Decius Tompkins (1774-1825), Sampson Simson (1780-1857), John Gabriel Tardy (1761-1831), John James Joseph Gourgas (1777-1865), Richard Riker (1773-1842), and Moses Levy Maduro Peixotto (1767-1828).

Manuscript is in the handwriting of J.J.J. Gourgas, with the exception of original signatures.

4. Letters of Constitution of the "Grand and Supreme Council of the 33d... for the Northern District of the United States of America."
