In this letter, Grand High Priest Jonathan Gage of the Grand Chapter of Massachusetts approves King Cyrus Chapter's decision to proceed with Newburyport merchant Stephen Gomez’s “exaltation agreeable to the provisions made and provided in the Thirteenth Article of the Constitution of our Grand Chapter.”
