Gaskell's penmanship sheets. Dated about 1879. This set of mail order penmanship sheets was created by George A. Gaskell, a professor of penmanship at Trenton Business College, now Rider University. Formed part of Gaskell's mail order penmanship course and would have been accompanied by an instruction booklet and a large foldout.
