Father Locke's sermon on strikes. Dated between 1870 and 1900. This anti-union poem by noted lecturer, songwriter and singer Elbridge W. Locke or “Father Locke” provides his advice to the laboring man. Imprint reads, “Published and coyrighted [sic] by E. W. Locke, Chelsea, Mass. Geo. H. Walker & Co. Lith. Boston.”
