Paige, Sovereign Grand Commander Henry L. Palmer, Commander in Chief William R. Higby, and Secretary Andrew H. Doolittle. Autographed by Scottish Rite Masons on the reverse. Imprint at bottom of the certificate reads, "Hammatt Billings, Designer. American Bank Note Co. Boston.”
